Melanie Iyoriobhe, LCSW-C
Founder and CEO
Melanie Iyoriobhe is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) with a rich background in various aspects of the social work profession. She is a proud Alumni of Morgan State University, where she earned her BA in Sociology and a Master of Social Work (MSW). Upon completing her MSW, Melanie began working as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), her expertise lies in Anger Management and Couples Therapy helping clients navigate complex family relationships, emotional distress, and personal growth. She also has extensive experience in the forensic, medical, school, travel, and psychotherapy areas of social work practice.
In 2017, Melanie founded MAI Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, while practicing in both private practice and community-based settings as an independent contractor. In 2022, she gained her LCSW-C, transitioned to working as an independent clinician, and continued to offer her expertise and specialized therapeutic services through MAI Therapeutic Solutions. Her dedication to her field, empathetic approach to therapy, and her diverse experience makes her a respected professional in the social work community. Melanie remains passionate about supporting individuals and families in their journey toward healing and emotional wellness.

As the Accountant, she supports the financial side of the business, helping the owner better understand the business's financial position and make informed decisions for the future. Charonn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Hayward. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience spanning audit, accounting, and financial planning & analysis, she has built a career helping business leaders better understand their financials, prepare for what's ahead, and make confident decisions. She brings a thoughtful, practical approach to every client relationship, giving business owners the insight they need to navigate the financial side of their businesses so they can plan with confidence and focus on what they do best.

April Clark is a dedicated Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Professional specializing in helping mental health and behavioral health providers manage the business side of their practices with confidence and efficiency. She provides personalized billing and administrative support, including claims submission, payment posting, account reconciliation, insurance verification, credentialing support, and follow-up on outstanding claims. Her goal is to reduce administrative and billing challenges, improve revenue cycle efficiency and cash flow, and allow providers to devote more time to the clients they serve. April believes medical billing should be accurate, organized, transparent, and managed with careful attention to detail. She works collaboratively with providers to understand their individual practices, workflows, and unique billing needs. As a small-business billing professional, April takes pride in providing responsive and dependable service while approaching each practice with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Zion is a rising senior at the Baltimore School for the Arts (BSA), where she is an Acting major with a passion for creativity, leadership, and collaboration. As a Summer Business Assistant, she brings enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn while supporting daily office operations and helping projects run smoothly. In addition to performing in school productions, Zion actively participates in local theater productions and enjoys singing, swimming, and crocheting. Academically, she serves as an Algebra and Geometry tutor and is a proud member of the National Honor Society. Her dedication to excellence has earned her recognition as a College Board National Recognition Program Award recipient. Beyond the classroom and stage, Zion has also demonstrated her commitment to civic engagement by working on a District Delegate campaign, further developing her communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
